Ingredients:
Refined Wheat Flour, Sugar, Milk Protein, Milk Solids, Edible vegetable Oil (Sunflower), Baking Powder, Wheat Starch Emulsifier (INS 471, INS 475, INS 477), R (INS 500(ii), INS 341 (ii)], Dextrose, Salt Agent Size INS 415), Artificial Favouring (Vanilla)
Recipe
1.Prepare
Place Paper Baking cup. in 12 regular size muffin cups or grease bottoms of muffin cups with Shortening or oil
2. Mix
Mix water
& premix in a large bowl
mix with spoon/hand beater for 2-3min. till no lumps are seen in batter.
After mixing add oil & mix for 1-2 min at slow speed
Spoon into Cups (about 3/4 Cup each)
3. Bake
Bake it for 18-20 min or until golden colour. cool 5 min
Carefully remove from pan (if muffins are not in paper cups. run knife around sides. before removing)
