Ingredients:
Refined Wheat Flour (Maida), Sugar, Milk Solid (WPC, SMP), Cocoa Solids, Refined Vegetable Oil (Sunflower), Baking Powder, Starch, Emulsifier and stabilizer (INS 471, INS 475, INS 477 and INS 415), ARTIFICIAL FLAVOURING SUBSTANCE (CHOCOLATE)
Recipe
1. Prepare
Grease bottom & sides of each pan with oil
Flour lightly
2. Mix
Mix water and premix in a
large bowl
mix with spoon/hand beater for 2-3 min. till
no lumps are seen in batter
After mixing add oil and mix for 1-2 min. at slow speed
3. Bake
Pour the batter into the greased
pan
Bake for 30-35 min.
Toothpick/knife inserted in the center come out clean
Let cake cool in pan for 30 min.
scrape the sides with a knife and flip the cake onto a plate Decorate and enjoy.
